Located between the Zambezi and the Limpopo rivers is the sovereign state of Zimbabwe. It is surrounded by land and lies in Southern Africa. While there are many local variations in the climate of Zimbabwe, it is mainly tropical in nature. Zimbabwe is full of thrilling activities for those who enjoy them and is a great destination for nature lovers, too. The huge national parks and awe-inspiring bodies of water provide many opportunities for adventures. You can enjoy indulging in fun activities like canoeing safaris, bungee jumping, fresh water fishing, trekking, African safaris, and hiking.
Start out your visit with the Victoria Falls, which is a waterfall that serves as a natural border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The height of the Victoria Falls is around 108 meters, which is almost twice the height of the Niagara Falls. It is one of the most spectacular sights that you can ever witness. Take a romantic walk along the Victoria Falls Bridge, which is also a great spot for bungee jumping. Visit Epworth for the famous balancing rocks, which are a mere 20-minute drive from Harare.
