Melding the urbanism and the most beautiful views of exotic nature, Paraná offers thousands of options for tourists. The architectonic structure of the city is a mix of buildings from different times. In this place, the modern and the ancient live together. An extensive park, Urquiza Park, connects the shores of the river with the urbanized part of the community. Another green area, the Nuevo Park, offers the visitor a look to the autochthonous vegetation of the region. The beaches shaped by the shores of the Paraná River are another attraction for the natives and the tourists.
Among the activities that tourists can enjoy while visiting Paraná, fishing, aquatic sports, ecotourism, and horse riding must be highlighted. Excursions to the Pre Delta National Park include the visit to an area with dense, jungle vegetation and lagoons where the tourist can be in touch with the flora and fauna of the region, take guided walks or just go for camping to spend a relaxing time.
